Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, born on 12 February 2001, is a Georgian left winger. As of October 2026 he plays for Ligue 1 club Paris Saint-Germain and captains the Georgia national team. He made his senior debut for Dinamo Tbilisi at the age of 16.

France Football and L'Équipe include him among the 30 nominees for the 2026 Ballon d'Or, the award for the best men's footballer of the season. The nomination follows a season in which he won his second Champions League with PSG and was named the tournament's best player.

After spells at Rustavi, Lokomotiv Moscow and Rubin Kazan, where he was twice the Russian Premier League's Best Young Player, he joined Napoli in 2022. In his first season there he helped the club to its first Serie A title since 1990 and was named Serie A's Most Valuable Player. PSG signed him for €70 million in January 2025; the club won a continental treble that season, and he scored in the Champions League final.

Since his senior debut in 2019 he has become a central figure for Georgia, helping the country qualify for UEFA Euro 2024, its first major international tournament.
