Patri Guijarro, full name Patricia Guijarro Gutiérrez, is a Spanish professional footballer born on 17 May 1998. She plays as a holding or central midfielder for Barcelona in Liga F, where she is captain, and for the Spain national team. She is mostly used as a number six.

ESPN ranked Guijarro No. 6 in its top 50 women's players of 2025, The Guardian seventh, and she is on the 30-player shortlist for the 2026 Ballon d'Or Féminin. ESPN quoted former Spain coach Montse Tomé calling her "the best in her position in the world", and teammate Vicky López describing passes "that only she sees". ESPN added that as a deeper midfielder she tends to sail under the radar, although her importance to Barcelona is not in doubt.

Guijarro joined Barcelona from UD Collerense in 2015. She was part of the side that reached the club's first Champions League final in 2019, won the 2020–21 Champions League, and scored twice in the 2023 final for her second title. At youth level she won the Golden Ball and the Golden Boot at the 2018 U-20 World Cup, where Spain finished second.
