Kerstin Casparij is a Dutch footballer born on 19 August 2000. She plays as a right-back or central midfielder for Women's Super League club Manchester City and for the Netherlands national team. She made her Eredivisie debut for Heerenveen at the age of 15.

France Football and L'Équipe published the 30-player shortlist for the Ballon d'Or Féminin 2026 in September 2026, and she is one of the nominees. ballondor.com called her a "tactical pillar" on City's right flank.

After spells at Heerenveen, VV Alkmaar and Twente, where she won two Eredivisie titles, Casparij joined Manchester City in July 2022 as the replacement for Lucy Bronze. In 2025–26 she started 21 WSL matches, scored three league goals and was joint top of the league for assists with seven, according to WSL Football. That season City won the Women's Super League and the Women's FA Cup, and she was named in the PFA WSL Team of the Year. She made her senior debut for the Netherlands in October 2021 and was part of the provisional squad for the 2023 World Cup.
