Plush seats, dark wood and table-only service recall a first-class train carriage, with old jazz and blues in the background and sculptural glassware. The cocktail menu centres on Champagne, down to a martini made with Champagne vermouth and Champagne vinegar. There are only a few low tables, so reservations are essential.
