Rosewood Hong Kong
Hong Kong

Rosewood Hong Kong is a five-star hotel at Victoria Dockside in Tsim Sha Tsui, on the Kowloon side of Victoria Harbour. It belongs to Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, part of the Rosewood Hotel Group, which is ultimately owned by New World Development, and it opened on 17 March 2019 as the brand's Hong Kong debut.
The World's 50 Best Hotels, published by William Reed, ranked it No. 1 in 2025, ahead of the previous year's winner Capella Bangkok, and it held No. 1 again in 2026. Before that it had twice finished in the list's top three. The hotel has also held three Michelin keys since 2025.
The site was once Holt's Wharf, a godown terminal dating back to 1910. The 65-storey tower was designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, with hospitality design by Tony Chi. Its Harbour House penthouse fills the entire 57th floor, with two outdoor pools, a garden and harbour views, and at rates from US$100,000 a night it is the most expensive hotel suite in Hong Kong.
