Fauchon L’Hôtel

Fauchon L'Hôtel is a five-star hotel on Place de la Madeleine in Paris's 8th arrondissement, near the Opéra Garnier and Place Vendôme. It is the first hotel of Fauchon, the fine-food house that has stood for French gastronomy since the 1880s, and a member of The Leading Hotels of the World.

Travel + Leisure readers rank it No. 4 among their 100 favourite hotels in the world in the World's Best Awards 2025, with a score of 99.53. The magazine credits its focus on excellent food and drink and decor that riffs on Fauchon's signature magenta.

Gastronomy runs through the stay: every one of the 33 rooms and 21 suites has its own Gourmet Bar, and Le Grand Café Fauchon serves as the hotel's restaurant. The brand also has a Fauchon hotel in Kyoto and has announced a Fauchon L'Hôtel for the historic Diriyah district of Riyadh.
