Ewa Pajor is a Polish professional footballer, born on 3 December 1996. She plays as a striker for Barcelona in Liga F and captains the Poland national team. She began her senior career at Medyk Konin.
France Football ranked Pajor eighth at the 2025 Ballon d'Or Féminin and also gave her the 2025 Women's Gerd Müller Trophy as top scorer. The Guardian placed her eighth, ESPN and the IFFHS tenth, and she is on the 2026 Ballon d'Or Féminin shortlist. ESPN said she brought the "killer scoring instinct Barcelona lacked", citing 43 goals in her first season at the club and two goals in a 4-0 Clásico win over Real Madrid.
At Medyk Konin she collected two Polish league titles and three Polish cups, then moved to VfL Wolfsburg in 2015, where she won five Frauen-Bundesliga titles and nine DFB-Pokals in a row. After moving to Barcelona in 2024 she won Liga F, the Copa de la Reina and the Supercopa, while the team lost the Champions League final. ESPN notes that she led Poland to their first European Championship and scored in their first-ever Euro win, 3-2 over Denmark; she has been named Polish Women's Player of the Year six times.
